We stayed 5 nights and received very good edvice in english in response to our inquiries about where things were, where to eat, etc. They even researched a day tour for us specific for our needs and made the reservation; the resulting trip was one of the highlights of our stay.
The units are not well soundproofed and the was quite a bit of street noise (that did not bother us greatly) and noise from the unit above (which did bother us). This was remedied immediatley when we complained about it.

Great apartment (duplex!), top front desk (fluent English), very clean, very nice and fully equipped modern apartment for little money. Internet working fine. Absolutely nothing to complain about. When I come back to Buenos Aires I will stay here again. I have rarely seen a hotel where everything is working so smoothly.

The amount of space, the cleanliness, the facilities, the service, it was like a little apartment rather than a hotel room. The closeness to the centre of San Telmo, excellent.
I read other reviews before we stayed here, one said that the noise was a bit confronting, and said something about chairs scraping on the floor--and I thought oh please, who is that? the princess with the pea. But after one night, I DO know what they mean. Somehow the acoustics are like an ampitheatre, and you can loudly hear chairs in the next room. Street noise is grand, with the buses etc but once you close the doors, its not too bad. However, we got used to is very quickly, and we thought the place was just lovely. They did charge me for the second stay more than was quoted, what chance of a refund?

It is realy good place to stay! Each apartment has upstairs bedroom with comfortable bed and bathroom with bathtube, kitchen and livingroom with terrase and other bathroom with shower. It is modern and comfortable. There is a sofa bed in the livingroom - the apartment is suitable for a family of 4. Staff is helpfull and english speaking. WiFi signal is good in the room. I've stayed in several hotels in BA, but the next time I will choose the Piedras Suites again.
The refregerator is noisy.

The location, design, comfort with amenities and great staff help make this place so good. Loved San Telmo area with all it's historic buildings, antique shops, cafe's and restaurants. Easy walk to Dorrego Square markets on Sunday - great atmosphere and lots of music & tango dancing. Also only a 15 minute walk to Florida Street for the main shops
There's some traffic noise which is tolerable

Large apartment, very clean and well presented with good finishing touches.... Having all the basics you need in a kitchen is great. Comfy bed, well designed bathroom plus separate shower room was very useful. Excellent breakfast spread in rooftop dining area.
Could do with more soundproofing between rooms, upstairs bed area got a little stuffy (although fan and aircon present if desired). Light switch only 1side of the bed. No kettle available at breakfast.

Staff was pleasant and helpful. Good price, and nice central location. Easy walk to downtown. Pretty good selection for breakfast.
It was fairly noisy, so earplugs are a good idea.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff all spoke good English and were kind and helpful. We were pleased with the suite which was spacious, modern and tidy. The roof-top patio was lovely and a nice place to relax. We had no issue with noise from the street. Would defiantly return and recommend.

Two floor apartment with huge common window. A lot of light and enough of space for two people to spend some time on their own
The breakfast diversity can be improved

The hotel is clean and quite new.
The breakfast is really poor, always the same, after some days you will not appreciate that. For a little more money or the same, you better stay in Recoleta or Palermo, where you find better leisure options.

My gf and I stayed one night at this hotel and were pleasantly surprised with the duplex mini-flat when we arrived: very modern and clean design, nice room, relaxing bed, clean bathrooms, good (not exaggerated) breakfast. We paid USD62+IVA and got a 10% discount because we paid cash.
The view was just a wall across the street and we suffered from some noise in the night, due to drunk football fans.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They spoke English, and gave excellent recommendations on restraurants, shopping areas and touring area. We liked being in the historical part of Buenos Aires, and because of their high security of locking and unlocking the main lobby door for our coming and leaving, we felt very secure. They helped us line up our tours for us, even calling when the tour bus did not arrive on the time scheduled. Everything was clean and the continental breakfast on the roof deck was a pleasant setting for a very nice breakfast.

This place is phenomenal. There’s no other way to put it. This is one of the absolute best hotels in Buenos Aires. I log more than 100K frequent flyer miles per year all over the world and this is my favorite place to stay. The “rooms” are more like modern NYC loft apartments and are impeccably furnished and clean. The location is excellent and only a couple blocks to the largest street in Buenos Aires and a very convenient Metro stop. For around $80 USD you get a HUGE apartment with 2 bathrooms, kitchenette with all utensils, one loft bedroom upstairs, a large comfortable sleeping couch with a pullout bed and a balcony. A family of 4 or 5 could comfortably stay in one room. The LCD flat screen tvs have more working channels than I’ve seen in any hotel outside the US. Many English speaking and American channels. The wifi is fast and free. Breakfast on the sunny indoor/outdoor terrace was small but excellent. The front desk staff is incredibly helpful and service oriented and go out of their way to accommodate their guests. I arrived on an early flight from Mendoza and they allowed me to stay in an empty room for a few hours until mine was available in the afternoon. Simply amazing. If they have availability you won’t find a better place than this even for twice the price.

Location, quality of service and how it´s built. It reminds one of the ideal European hotel in a city center.
Would be good to have airconditioner in the room. Noisy street.
